Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Ultravian — our website, browser extension, and mobile application (together, the "Services") — provided by Oğulcan Bagatır ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms. Use of the mobile application is additionally subject to the usage rules of the App Store or Google Play.

2. Account

To use most features, you sign in using email and password, Apple Sign In, or Google Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

3. Subscription Terms

Ultravian offers subscriptions that unlock premium features.

3.1 Subscription Plans

Available plans (for example, monthly or yearly) are displayed within the Services. Prices are shown in your local currency and may vary by region.

3.2 Payment & Auto-Renewal — Web

  • Web subscriptions are processed by LemonSqueezy. We do not handle your payment information directly.
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the LemonSqueezy customer portal or your Ultravian account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3.3 Payment & Auto-Renewal — Mobile

  • Mobile subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase and are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.

3.4 Free Trials and Introductory Offers

If a free trial or introductory offer is available, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

3.5 Refunds

  • Web (LemonSqueezy): refund requests can be made by contacting us and are subject to LemonSqueezy's policies.
  • Mobile: refund requests must be submitted to Apple or Google directly, via reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play support.

3.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Material price increases will be communicated in advance and will not apply to existing billing periods. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Services
  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you
  • Use the Services to violate Travian Games GmbH's terms of service
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services or your subscription

5. Trademark Disclaimer

Ultravian is an independent, unofficial companion tool. Travian is a registered trademark of Travian Games GmbH. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Travian Games GmbH. All Travian trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners. Your use of Ultravian is at your own risk and may be subject to the rules of the Travian game.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all code, design, graphics, text, and logos (excluding Travian-related trademarks), are owned by Oğulcan Bagatır and protected by copyright laws. No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully compatible with all devices or browsers.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OĞULCAN BAĞATIR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GAME PROGRESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections 5–10 survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of İstanbul, Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
